About Tracey Ashley | Listing Manager
I have been a Real Estate Agent for over 11 years, having made a career change after being a Registered Nurse for 22 years. The nursing experience in dealing with people from all walks of life has carried over into my Real Estate business – integrity, hard work and excellent customer service.
I receive regular feedback that I am not like a typical Real Estate Agent in that I treat people with courtesy and respect and are one of the few agents that actually call people back.
Personally I have experienced the consumer side of real estate over many years before entering the industry, having over many years, built a new home, bought, sold and renovated 4 homes and owned and managed rental property as well.
Purchasing residential real estate can be a very exciting process; however it can also be a confusing time for prospective buyers. As you may already be aware, different agencies usually have different sets of rules and standards. The Pink Team raised the standard by adding a purchasing document that will explain the process in great detail and make it clear for you to understand the steps to securing your NEW HOME!
With long term goals in mind, I have focussed strongly on my established clients by providing them with regular market updates, vouchers from local businesses and information seminars. My business has been built on client referrals and repeat clients, with around 75% of property listings now coming from this source.
My focus is on providing the best service and experience for my selling clients. Prompt communication, effective marketing and negotiation are my strengths and ensures we achieve the absolute best market price for your property.
Community service is also a passion of mine and I think it is important to show our younger generation about giving back to the community in which we live. I donate to the Cancer Council – Qld Breast Cancer, host Pink Ribbon morning teas, sell Breast Cancer Merchandise, participate regularly in Fun Runs, Silver Sponsor for the Coorparoo State School Carnivals and Sponsor for the Easts Cricket Club.
